My love for pets sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet sitting. I have been a dog walker and dog sitter for most of my life and have been boarding dogs at my dad’s kennel for many years. I graduated from the National K-9 Learning Center to be a Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) in Columbus, Ohio. 

 

Beans, my childhood nickname was given to me by my parents who originally called me their 'Hill-A-Beans', and then 'Beans' for short. Since then, Beans has stayed with me 'til this day! 

 

I grew up in a household of furry friends so I easily understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "kids". I love being around any animal and take pride in providing the same amount of love and care for others just like I would do for my own. My father was very influential in teaching me how to love, care for, and read the different body languages each furry friend has. I’ve been working with my dad as his Assistant when he was a manager at a local kennel and then I continued to work with him when he opened his own business, Raccoon River Kennels.
